MANAGING EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS
We follow and manage the entire process from design, value engineering, manufacturing, production monitoring, quality control, shipping and installation through to post-occupancy evaluation.
Each project is assigned a project manager to ensure quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) and to facilitate timely follow-through for the entire duration of a project. By fully documenting the process in our 3D Engineering drawings, add-on and replacement orders are a snap.

dTank brings the Swiss tradition of precision and workmanship, providing the most advanced, state-of-the-art engineering, to the creation of sophisticated furniture solutions. Our streamlined engineering process eliminates unnecessary steps and padding of material usage and costs.
3D Modeling
A full range of 3D modeling allows us to anticipate, identify, and resolve design issues early on to reduce design time, eliminate production errors and shorten production cycles.
Assembly Modeling and eDrawings
Virtual assembly modeling helps us save time and the cost of physical prototypes and remanufacturing. eDrawings streamline design collaborations with architects, designers and vendors with in-depth design details.
Design Validation
Manufacturing efficiency is achieved by virtual creation of the mechanical relationships of surfaces, edges, curves, and vertices. By conducting interference, collision and hole alignment checks for fasteners and assembly hardware, we can avoid conflicts such as over constraining a component.
Product Data Management
A built-in data management and library system creates part numbers for every part and component to facilitate future part replacements and warranty work.

Our job doesn't end at the factory. dTank will see your project through the delivery and expert installation of your furniture at its final destination.
In most cases, the lead-time falls between 4 and 8 weeks. Manufacturing lead times will, of course, vary based on the size and complexity of your final order. dTank has established relationships with expert shipping, delivery and installation companies nationwide, providing professional “white glove” service from our factory to your installation site.
